The Genetics Society of Thailand, in collaboration with the Faculty of Science at Naresuan University, is set to host the international conference of the Genetics Society of Thailand 2024 (iGST 2024) under the theme \"Genetics in Genomic Era.\". The primary objective is to establish a public platform where association members, professors, educators, researchers, students, and individuals interested in the field can showcase their research, contributing to the advancement of genetic understanding and inspiring others to do the same.

The conference will feature more than 30 accredited researchers with in-depth knowledge of genomic technologies and genetics, exploring their applications in diverse areas such as medicine, population genetics, evolution, biodiversity, plant and animal breeding, wildlife, and education. The guest speakers will address an estimated 300 to 400 attendees, comprising university professors, medical practitioners, researchers, scientists, students, and members of the general public. The conference will be structured into three sessions:

1) Human and medical genetics, Pharmacogenomics and precision medicine,

2) Plant Science and Breeding, and

3) Animal and wildlife genetics (refer to the schedule).
