On behalf of the 8ᵗʰ International Conference of Mycotoxicology and Food Security (ICM 2026) committee, we are very delighted to welcome all of you to join the wonderful event under the theme of “Empowering Asia: Integrating Science, Policy and Networking Mycotoxicology” which organized by the Thai Society of Mycotoxicology (TSM), Department of Pharmacology, Center for Veterinary Research and Innovation, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, and Graduate School, Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand. This conference will provide an academic exchange platform for government, researchers and private sectors, enhance global awareness on mycotoxins, extend the worldwide cooperation network, and promote the global development of advanced and innovative mycotoxin management technologies.
We are immensely proud that we have world-famous experts from oversea to fulfill the scientific programme covering the key spectrum of Mycotoxicology and Food Safety. Their presentations will highlight on the updated information of functional genetics and biodiversity of mycotoxigenic fungi, occurrence along with risk assessment, mycotoxin analysis in food and feed, toxicity, pathogenicity, control and decontamination of mycotoxins in food and feed chains for assuring food safety.
